We have a 7-day return policy provided the condition of the watch is the same in which it was delivered to you.
For domestic addresses within India, the express shipping would deliver it within 2-5 days. However, for international dispatches, it may take 5-7 days depending on your location.
We would be requiring images and model details of your watch to provide you with an estimated cost. It would be great if you can supply warranty card and invoice of the same.
It would be not possible to provide you with exact quote based on the images and other details. We can quote an approximate figure. However, we cannot ascertain the exact cost until we get the watch inspected physically.
